We booked from the UK and everything was dealt with extremely efficiently. On the allotted day we were picked up from the hotel (The Victoria Falls Hotel) and taken to the boat (about a 5 minute journey). There we joined 4 other couples on board for a fabulous cruise on the Zambesi while being served one of the finest meals we have had for a long time – simply superb.
We sat together as couples which was nice but soon got chatting to the other guests – whether we were lucky I dont know but with the small number on board the service was second to none and it felt like an Agatha Christie once it got dark and the candles were lit.
The captain found us hippos bathing and we also saw crocodiles swimming around heading towards some water buffalo that were drinking at the waters edge.
I thoroughly recommend this tour as a MUST do – to fine dine down the Zambezi watching the sun set and the animals in and ours of the water was a highlight of our S Africa adventures. Great value, great staf and fantastic food! Loved it!!

j’ai fait la réservation sur le web. tout était impeccable.ils sont venues nous chercher à l”heure exact. belle croisière et dîner excellent. nous avons vue des hippo des éléphants des girafes et un magnifique coucher de soleil.
bravo à l’équipe pour son savoir faire. ça restera un très beau souvenir.

Excellent trip! We had a late pick-up at our hotel that stressed us out, but the cruise & staff were great. We drifted along viewing elephants, hippos & a beautiful sunset. The dinner included several bites before, a consommé that was odd but good, steaks that were melt in your mouth. I don’t normally drink much alcohol, but Zambezi beer is not bitter & good cold or warm (I nursed mine 3 hrs.) I could have had any number of other drinks during the 3 hrs. My sister, who is a wine snob, found the red wine to her liking, having several glasses. We were on the lower level, due to our late pick-up, but that put us closer to the hippos & was good, as it turned out. The cruise was pretty full but the service was great, the food beyond good. I would highly recommend this trip. Loved it!!!
