Somalisa Acacia Camp is a luxury tented camp in Hwange National Park. Somalisa Acacia is a family orientated luxury safari camp. The camp is situated just west of Somalisa Main Camp. Somalisa Acacia is built on slightly raised decks. The camp has its own private views of a small water hole. As water is scarce in Hwange National Park, the waterhole attracts large elephant herds. You will encounter an intimate experience like no other with these intelligent mammals. The waterhole is also frequented by other big game such as buffalo, kudu, zebra, giraffe and lion.

Somalisa Acacia Bedroom
Somalisa Acacia camp has recently been completely refurbished. The camp consists of 4 luxury safari tents. 2 of the tents are family units. The family units have inter-leading doors between the parents and children’s rooms. All the rooms are en-suite and have flush toilets, an indoor and outdoor shower, as well as a freestanding copper bathtub. Each tent includes gauze sliding doors, a glass wood-burner fireplace for the cold winter nights, and an overhead fan for the hot summer days.
